Impound Inquiries received at Heavy Metal Towing & Recovery between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, will be responded to within one hour. Inquiries submitted after 5:00 pm will be addressed on the next business day. Please complete and submit the form below.

Impound releases are payable by cash or approved company check only. Credit or debit card payments will not be accepted on-site unless prior approval has been obtained before arrival.

For vehicles impounded or towed at the request of any local authority (e.g., local police, sheriff, State Police, Highway Patrol, Ohio Department of Natural Resources), a release form and all required paperwork must be provided along with payment before the vehicle can be released.
